🔹 1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
✔ Item must be unused and in original condition
✔ Item must be in original packaging
✔ Proof of purchase is required


🔹 2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

❌ Used or installed parts
❌ Damaged items (not caused by shipping)
❌ Clearance or final sale items


🔹 3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

📦 Provide order number and reason for return
📬 Ship the item to the provided return address

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.


🔹 4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

📸 Take photos of the product and packaging
📧 Send them to us within 48 hours

We will offer:
✔ Replacement
✔ Refund

🔹 5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

💰 Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
⏱ Processing time: 5–10 business days


🔹 6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

✔ Check your bank account
✔ Contact your payment provider
✔ Then contact us


🔹 7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.


🔹 8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within a short time after purchase.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

🚚 Original shipping costs are non-refundable
