1Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

2Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or installed parts
  • Damaged items (not caused by shipping)
  • Clearance or final-sale items

3Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us with your return request
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for return
  3. Ship the item to the return address we provide

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

4Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the product and the packaging
  2. Send them to us within 48 hours of delivery

We will offer a replacement or a refund.

5Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

7Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
